  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, orders move into processing and cannot be canceled.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return (refer to our Return & Exchange Policy).

  • Refunds for successful cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Refund timeframes may vary based on bank processing times.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that are used, washed, or altered are not eligible for refunds.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution

  • If a refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, please check with your bank before reaching out.
  • For unresolved disputes, Razorpay’s dispute resolution policies will apply.
