We at Black Banana want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to make returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.


Return Window

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return:

  1. Fill out our Return & Exchange Form within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, our delivery partner (via Shiprocket) will schedule a pickup from your address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds

  • For prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking):
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
    • Refunds cannot be made in cash.
    • After return approval, you’ll be required to provide your bank account or UPI details for the refund.
    • Refunds will be processed within 2–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
  • Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Return requests made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Sale items and gift cards.
